Whether you’ve completed the 6-month program and want to continue training with me, or you only want the coaching sessions without the added benefits of the Tigress Tam process, booking on a session-by-session basis is possible. I charge $80 per online session, which lasts for about an hour.
I get it. Committing to a 6-month program can be a tough decision. Here are some popular questions when deciding whether or not my process is suitable for you. If you have any additional questions, please send me an email and I’ll get back to you.
I seek to help you achieve a lifelong commitment to fitness and nutrition, not just a temporary goal of getting fit for the summer. My 6-month process considers your core values and goals as I create your personalized training programs and guide you through nutrition hurdles. I will equip you with the necessary tools so you can become self-motivated and confident in the gym, long after you’re finished coaching with me.
A 1:1 coaching session lasts about an hour and includes a continual exploration of your values, accountability and goal-setting, progress tracking, nutrition coaching and guidance, form and technique feedback, exercise program updates as needed, and more. I’m currently offering online coaching only, so all sessions will be completed over video call.
A check-in is done over messaging. You will be kept accountable and motivated as we monitor your progress. I will also notify you of any changes to your program, and review your dietary and fitness adherence. Depending on your progress and unique needs, I’ll provide advice and recommendations.
The Tigress Fit community is a free-to-join, inclusive, encouraging, and welcoming group that has its home on Discord. Clients are automatically sent an invite to join the community. We keep each other accountable, share our wins, ask questions, make friends, and more!
All you need is at minimum half an hour a week for workouts, a good internet connection, and a phone to use recommended training and nutrition apps. For at-home workouts, I would recommend that women have at least a pair of 5 to 10 lb dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands, and that men have at least a pair of 10 to 20 lb dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands. I will provide bodyweight exercise alternatives if you don’t have any weights on hand.
Yes! If you can’t afford my most inexpensive program (Cub Fit for $1600/6 mo), we can work together to establish a lower price that suits your income and that still incorporates all the Cub Fit plan benefits. I do not offer lower prices for the more expensive plans at this time. You can also choose to book on a session-by-session basis for $80 per session, though this option does not include the Cub Fit perks.
