I will take you through a process designed to match your deepest values and to help you remain consistent for life.
I’ve been through my own journey of dealing with societal expectations and struggling with how I look. I strive to be a trainer with utmost empathy and understanding.
No matter which package you choose, you’ll be taken through a comprehensive 6-month process. My end goal is to bring you to a point in your fitness and nutrition journey where your health has become a habit and where you’re confident in who you are.
We have a call where we start to uncover your top-level goals, your exercise history, and more. We decide whether or not I’m a good fit for your needs.
Together, we’ll get into a deep-dive of your values and life vision. We’ll align this with your workout program and nutrition coaching, which will be outlined in this meeting.
Depending on which package you’ve chosen, we will meet 1-4 times a month to explore your progress, continue integrating your values, and make tweaks to your program as necessary.
During our last meeting of the 6-month package, we will evaluate how far you’ve come and create a new program and strategy for you moving forward!
